My family is from Chicago and Dan has family in nearby Wisconsin so neither one of us is a stranger to Al Capone's hometown. We visited The Windy City together just after our engagement in July of 2008 and had some of Chicago's finest mouth-watering, thick-crust pizza.Well, I'm pretty sure Dan's been talking about (and drooling over) Chicago pizza ever since.
